Chateau Cos des Tournels

Louis Gaspard d'Estunnel (1762-1853) discovered the potential of making great wine in the vineyard he inherited in 1811, and devoted himself to making wine for the chateau until his death at the age of 91. In 2000, it was owned by the current Domaine Leyvier. Lions and unicorns adorn the Arc de Triomphe that welcomes visitors to Château Cos d'Estunnel. The lion is a symbol of [strength] and the Unine is a symbol of [chastity].

ブラックベリーやカシスのとてもジューシーで芳醇な⿊果実の⾵味、それでいてタンニンは⾮常に多く、味わいは凝縮している。グラファイト、東洋のスパイス。ボリューミーでありつつ、それをきちんとまとめあげる酸もあり、決してダレることはない。緻密で複雑。素晴らしい品質。
