Chateau Calon Segur

This chateau boasts the oldest history among the rating chateaus of Saint-Esteff. In the 18th century, the Marquis de Segur, who owned numerous first-class chateaux, including Chateau Lafite and Chateau Latour, said, "We created Lafite and Latour, but in my heart Karon." The anecdote is too famous. The Marquis' love for Charon is still alive in the heart drawn on the label.

⼒強く、果実⾵味が⼝⼀杯に広がる。アルコール感がやや強い（15%abv）。カシスやブラックチェリー、クローヴなどのスパイス。豊かな味わいだが、少し強すぎる。とても良い品質。 26hl/ha、100％新樽、20 ヶ⽉間熟成予定。
