Chateau Claire Milon

The Clair family bought a chateau that was put up for sale after the French Revolution, and the place name "Milon" was the name of the chateau. During the 1855 rating, it received a prominent evaluation among the influential Médoc chateaux, and then in 1970, it became the property of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, who saw the potential of the chateau. The illustration on the label is from the Mouton collection, and is taken from the goldwork of the 17th-century comedian dell'arte.

例年クレール・ミロンは、ミディアムボディで引き締まりがあり、艶やかな果実味となめらかな⼝当たりが魅⼒的に感じるが、22 年は⾼いアルコールから来るボリューム感、⼒強さ、柔らかいがたくさんのタンニン…と、まだ馴染んでいない様⼦。今後の熟成でどう変わるかに期待。とても良い。
