Chateau Darmayac

Once called Mouton d'Armayac, it was of high quality and sold for nearly double the price of nearby chateaux. In 1855 it was classified as a 5th class and founded in the same year as Domaine de Mouton d'Armayac. In 1933, it became Baron Philippe, but in 1988 it was renamed to its original name, Château d'Armayac, in order to return to its origins.

クレール・ミロンに⽐べてより⼒があり、重⼼も低い。よく熟した、やや⽢さの感じられる凝縮した⿊果実。⾼いアルコール、それと調和するだけの⼗分な酸、滑らかできめの細かいタンニン。バランスの取れた味わい。とても良い。
