In 1365, the aristocratic Bosque family started vineyards on this land. In the first half of the 18th century, George Smith, a Scotsman, became the owner of this vineyard, and the current name is derived from him. He built a chateau and began importing wine into England using his own ships. Since 1990, Daniel Cattier and his wife Florence have been the owners and are passionate about developing innovations to improve the quality of wine.

10%全房醗酵。プレスワイン⽐率 4％。 ブルーベリー、カシスなど、プティよりダークフルーツが多く、アロマティック。フルボディ、緻密で豊かなタンニン。余韻にはやや乾いた印象とスパイス感。⼒強く、ストラクチャーがあり、伸びやか。素晴らしい品質。
