Chateau Pavie

Château Pavie's origins date back to Roman times. The first vines in the area were planted on the hills of Ausone and Pavie in the 4th century. It now sits on a stretch of 37 hectares and consists of three distinctly different terroirs. It is this combination of terroirs that gives Pavie its unique complexity, underscored by its low yields, further accentuated by its terroir and plot-wise vinification.
