Chateau L'Evangile

The predecessor of Chateau L'Evangil was founded by the Legrine family in the Libourne district. Owned by the Dukas family from 1862 to 1990, great efforts were made to revive the vineyard and restore its reputation. In 1990, Domaine Baron de Rothschild (Lafite) purchased the chateau. Work has also begun to strengthen the health of the grapes by replanting. In 2002 the new structure was completed with the completion of part of the cellar and the renovation of the brewery.

フレッシュな⾚と⿊の果実⾵味に、良い意味で期待を裏切る⻭切れの良い酸味。質の良い、細かいタンニン。よく完熟していて、精度の⾼い果実⾵味には、⼀切のジャミーさがなく、ミネラルや塩味のヒントがある。抑制が効いている。素晴らしい品質。
