Air d'Argent

Since its first release in 1991, this white wine has been a favorite of wine lovers despite being produced in very limited quantities. The name of this wine comes from the title of the fairy tale "Ale d'Argent" (Silver Wings) that Baroness Philippine was told by her father, Baron Philippe, when she was a child. Madame Philippine gave it this name to remember the dreams and shades of her childhood when she was fascinated by the story.

8 ⽉ 22 ⽇から 31 ⽇に収穫。MLC は無し。パッションフルーツ、草のアロマ、アロマに溢れていて、リッチな⾵味。ボリューム感は強いが、酸もしっかりとありバランスが取れている。とても良い品質。
