Chateau Preure Lychine

Prieuré-Lychine traces its origins to Cantenac Abbey, founded by the monks of the Abbey of Verteuil in the 12th century. Since then, it has produced some very popular wines. In 1951, Alexis Lichine, nicknamed "the pope of wine", bought the land and gave it a name of her own two years later. Currently owned by the Barand Group, a major Negothian, it continues its history by expanding fields and building barrel storage.
