The Chateau was founded in 1754 by the Boyd family, wool merchants from Scotland. It is now owned and operated by the owner of CH Pouget. Under the guidance of Dr. Peynot, who is known as the "Father of Bordeaux", it has been reborn as a high-quality wine. The 2001 vintage was featured in "Kami no Shizuku" and is a popular wine in Japan.
